You can replace the rubber tip of your walking stick as many times as you like.
If it becomes worn, you can exchange it at your nearest KINDCARE store nationwide.
* Replacement guideline: Approximately 90 days for those who use it every day, approximately 180 days for those who use it 2-3 times a week
Safety check by our style coordinator (SC)
KINDCARE's specialist staff will carry out a walking stick maintenance check (visually checking for movement, shaft deformation, grip strength, and deterioration over time)
There are no restrictions on eligible products, and canes you already own are also eligible.
We also accept tip rubbers for products other than those purchased through KINDCARE.
