<Repair procedure>
If you bring it to a KINDCARE store: 1. Bring it to the nearest store. 2. We will give you a quote on the spot. 3. Repairs will begin (from 3 weeks).

<Repair fee table>
Basic fee ¥1,540 + repair fee (varies depending on repair area)

Please read before requesting repairs
<About repaired items>
Depending on the condition of the product, repairs may not be possible. Repairs are intended to restore the lost functionality, and do not guarantee restoration to the original condition. Grips and shafts will be replaced with the same material and color. However, depending on the availability of parts, we may not be able to provide the same color.

<About repair delivery times>
The estimated delivery time from receipt to return is 3 weeks. *Delivery time may change depending on the repair contents and congestion. We will contact you if there is a change.

<About cancellations>
If you cancel after requesting repairs, we will charge a cancellation fee of 3,080 yen (tax included). After canceling the repair, the product will be returned to you. Please note that we do not accept disposal at our company.
