<About repaired items>
Depending on the condition of the product, repair may not be possible. Repairs are intended to restore the lost functionality, and do not guarantee the product will be restored to its original condition. Grips and shafts will be replaced with the same material and color. However, depending on the availability of parts, we may not be able to provide the same color.

<About repair delivery times>
The estimated delivery time from receipt to return is 3 weeks. *Delivery time may change depending on the repair contents and congestion. We will contact you if there is a change.

<About cancellations>
If you cancel after requesting repairs, a cancellation fee of 3,080 yen (tax included) will be charged. After canceling the repair, the product will be returned to you. Please note that we do not accept disposal at our company.
