KINDCARE Silver Car Rental Service Terms and Conditions
1. Rental items will be delivered to the applicant's address by the start date of use.
2. Please use the rental items carefully. If any items are damaged, lost, or significantly soiled, we may charge you for repairs or the actual cost of the items.
3. Please be sure to return the item by the scheduled return date by shipping it to the return address. If the item is late or not returned, you may be charged a usage fee for the number of days overdue or an amount equivalent to the actual cost of the item.
4. Rental items may only be used by the applicant or their family members. Subleasing or transferring to a third party is prohibited.
5. Except as permitted by product liability laws and regulations, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or troubles that occur during use (such as falls, damage, or damage caused by fire).
6. When returning the rental item, we will check its condition and if there is any significant damage, our staff will contact you at a later date.
7. If we deliver the rental items to you, you will be required to pay the delivery fee (actual cost) which will be notified to you separately.
8. If you return the rental item by delivery, the delivery fee (actual cost) will be borne by the customer.
9. The personal information provided by applicants will be used only for this service and will not be used for any other purpose.
