KINDCARE offers a free collection service for used products (hereinafter referred to as "this service") with the aim of protecting the environment and improving customer convenience .
When using this service, please check the following before applying.

Service details : Free collection of used products

Conditions for collection : When you purchase a new product (the above three types),
For each item purchased, we will collect one used item.
■ Important Notice

The recall is limited to the above products.

Individual parts, items with significant damage, or items deemed to pose a hygiene problem are not eligible.

Once collected, the product will be transferred from you to us, and we will not be able to return the product once it has been collected.

We will inform you of the address to which the collected items should be sent when you apply.

This service is a trial run at select stores for a limited time. The content may change or be terminated without notice.
