Information about KINDCARE's free product collection service

As part of our efforts to protect the environment and improve customer convenience, KINDCARE has launched a free collection service for used products.

If you would like to use this service, please let us know your request along with your order number.

・Products eligible for collection: walking sticks, push carts, silver carts ・Service details: Free collection of used products ・Collection conditions: When purchasing a new KINDCARE product (the three types above), one item can be collected for each item purchased

[Notes]
1. Only the products listed above are subject to recall.
2. Individual parts, severely damaged items, and items with hygiene issues are not eligible.
3. Collected items will be transferred to our company and cannot be returned.
4. Collection will be accepted at a KINDCARE store when you pick up your purchased item or on the same day.
5. This service is a trial run at select stores for a limited time. The content may change or be terminated without notice.
6. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of this service.
