Size Guide Walking Stick

Please use a walking stick at a length that suits you.

To use a walking stick comfortably, it is important to know the appropriate length.

The appropriate length of a walking stick is approximately your height divided by 2 + 3 cm.

For example: If your height is 160cm, then 83cm is the appropriate length.

Also, the appropriate length should be such that the rubber tip of the walking stick is attached about 20 cm outward and in front of your toes, so that your elbow is bent at an angle of 30 to 40 degrees, as shown in the image.

*Please note that there may be individual differences depending on posture, heel height, arm length, body shape, etc., so please use this as a guide only.

Please come to our store to find the length that is best for you.
