Information about KINDCARE's free product collection service

As part of our efforts to protect the environment and improve customer convenience, KINDCARE has launched a free collection service for used products.

If you would like to use this service, please contact Customer Success and include your order number at the time of purchase.

・Products eligible for collection: walking sticks, push carts, silver carts ・Service details: Free collection of used products ・Collection conditions: When purchasing a new KINDCARE product (the three types above), one item can be collected for each item purchased

[Notes]
1. Only the products listed above are subject to recall.
2. Individual parts, severely damaged items, and items with hygiene issues are not eligible.
3. Collected items will be transferred to our company and cannot be returned.
4. We will inform you of the address to which the collected items should be sent when you apply.
5. This service is available at select stores for a limited time only. The content may change or end without notice.
6. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of this service.
