Cause: Deterioration of adhesive or sand or dust entering the gap
Repair: Re-adhesion (free repair)

Care tips:
After going outside, lightly wipe it with a dry cloth to remove any sand or dust that may have gotten into the gaps. If it gets wet in the rain, make sure to dry it thoroughly before storing it.

Cause: Button pressed with fingernail/deformed hole
Repair: Button position adjustment (free of charge), lost buttons will incur a fee

Care tips:
Press the button vertically with the pad of your finger. Pressing too hard may cause deformation.

[3] Scratches or damage to the grip

Cause: Falls, impacts, deterioration of materials
(Wood = moisture/dryness, acrylic = accumulation of small scratches)
