■ Adjusting the length of the walking stick

If your walking stick is too long and difficult to use, we offer free length adjustment (cutting) in-store. Proper length adjustment is essential for safe and comfortable walking. Please feel free to contact us.

In cases where the problem can be resolved with simple adjustments in-store, such as a missing resin ring or a clicking sound caused by a loose height adjustment part, we will handle it on the spot.

For Cart:

If the problem is minor, such as the handle no longer moving up and down, we can fix it in-store using silicone spray or similar.

In addition, if manufacturer repair is required, KINDCARE will take the product directly to the manufacturer and confirm whether repair is possible and make arrangements.
