Regarding product repairs and handling precautions

Proper maintenance and storage of walking sticks

A walking stick is an important partner that helps you walk safely every day. By following the correct usage, care, repair, and storage methods, you can use it longer and safely. Please refer to the following points and make sure to take care of it every day.
(1) The height adjustment ring has come off
Cause: Deterioration of adhesive or sand or dust entering the gap
Repair: Re-adhesion (free repair)

Care tips: After going outside, lightly wipe with a dry cloth to remove any sand or dust that may have gotten into the gaps. If it gets wet in the rain, make sure to dry it thoroughly before storing it.

[2] The height adjustment button has fallen in
Cause: Button pressed with fingernail/deformed hole
Repair: Button position adjustment (free of charge), lost buttons will incur a fee

Care tips: Press the buttons vertically with the pads of your fingers. Pressing too hard can cause deformation.

[3] Scratches or damage to the grip
Cause: Falling or impact / deterioration of the material (wood = moisture/dryness, acrylic = accumulation of small scratches)
Repair: Grip replacement (fees apply)

Preventive items:
Comfort Grip Protection
Safe walking stick holder prevents walking sticks from falling

[4] The inner rubber broke
Cause: Deterioration of rubber over time / Deterioration due to storage environment such as high temperature, high humidity, or cold
Repair: Replace inner rubber (fee required)

Storage points:
→ When not in use, store the walking stick in an extended position and avoid direct sunlight and humid places.

[5] Wire/tube breakage (male side)
Cause: Incomplete removal of the joint (interference with the corners and damage to the wire)
Repair: Lower shaft replacement (fees apply)

Precautions for use:
→ When folding, make sure to pull out the joint firmly until you hear a click.

[6] The joint does not go in all the way/movement is slow
Cause: The washer inside the joint has rusted and become stuck.
Repair: Apply washer coating agent / Replace lower shaft (fees apply)

Care tips:
→ If it gets wet in the rain, be sure to dry it thoroughly before storing it. We also recommend periodically checking the operation of the joints.

[7] The joint doesn't fit properly
Cause: The tube has a tendency to fold, which interferes with operation.
Repair: Joint adjustment (free of charge)

Storage points:
→ Store in a straight state. The tube tends to harden easily, especially in cold seasons, and may become curled.

Daily maintenance will lead to safe and secure walking.
✅ Wipe off immediately if it gets wet in the rain
✅ Store in a dry place after use
✅ Ideally, store it upright without folding it.
✅ If you notice anything abnormal, do not use it and have it inspected and repaired as soon as possible.
